Who am I
Most FinTech founders reach a dangerous inflection point: their product works, users love it — but the architecture can't scale, can't pass a compliance audit, and can't survive the growth they've worked so hard to create.
I've spent over two decades solving exactly that problem — across Egypt, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, the USA, and beyond.
As Co-founder and CTO of PayCore, I architect payment platforms that are built to scale from day one: cloud-native, PCI-DSS compliant, and designed to handle real transaction volume without breaking or bleeding your compliance budget.
Before PayCore, I ran Maktabak Dot Net for 18 years — delivering enterprise solutions to clients across 6 countries spanning finance, government, hospitality, and supply chain. I've built inventory systems for hotel chains, e-government platforms for the Makkah Emirate, brokerage accounting engines for stock market trading, and mobile enterprise solutions for Fortune-level logistics companies.
What that breadth taught me: the difference between technology that impresses in a demo and technology that actually drives revenue, survives audits, and earns institutional trust.
